Amnitec’s team loves a challenge. When a renowned manufacturer of heavy-duty electrical conductors encountered a particularly challenging problem, Amnitec’s engineers provided the solution.
The challenge was to handle the movement of very hot air at very high pressure and very high velocity to service a large industrial autoclave. A tall order indeed. But creative application of Amnitec’s unique RF67 ultra-high pressure stainless steel hose enabled Amnitec’s engineers to develop a solution.
Whilst the pressure and temperature requirements presented no problem for RF67, the need to move a very high volume of air added an interesting twist.
The Amnitec team rose to the challenge by designing and manufacturing a bespoke multi-hose manifold system incorporating compact high integrity clamp connectors. Problem solved.
